After travelling and working around the world for many years mainly as yacht crew, scuba diving instructor and a lodge manager. I had always had a deep unfinished passion for cooking.  I landed up in Kenya whereby I began my next exciting journey with my other half Dave at his successful Beach Bar & Restaurant to many called "Lymingtons" situated on the most beautiful beach in Africa.  We needed change and so we decided to begin a new journey  together in a different country with a new project. We didnt want another big restaurant, we wanted flexibility and so we began this journey of designing and buliding a restaurant on wheels. Not just any food but food that tells a story of all the countries I've experienced... Thus came the idea of Street food, fast, fresh, tasty, good value and unique to to their countries. We wanted street food because thats how the majority of the world eat every day that cant afford to go to restaurants. We wanted food that is "All about flavour"
